Hi, I'm Dr. Preeti Raman, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) in Canada. My research centers on Computer Science Education and Caring Computing. I lead the Computational Innovations and Research for Care-centered Learning and Education (CIRCLE) lab at TMU, where we work on developing computational innovations that foster care-centered learning across diverse educational environments. Before joining TMU, I conducted postdoctoral research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Teaching Systems Lab, concentrating on the applications of AI and data analytics in teacher education. I'm particularly committed to promoting diversity in computer science, using integrative analytics to support individual student care and foster their growth.
Web designing is the process of planning, conceptualizing, and implementing the plan for designing a website in a way that is functional and offers a good user experience. User experience is central to the web designing process. Websites have an array of elements presented in ways that make them easy to navigate.
Web designing essentially involves working on every attribute of the website that people interact with, so that the website is simple and efficient, allows users to quickly find the information they need, and looks visually pleasing. All these factors, when combined, decide how well the website is designed.
